Location: Columbia, MissouriShift: Most part-time shifts are Mon - Friday, 3pm or 3:30pm, to 8pm or 8:30pm. Includes every other weekend and rotating holidays Department: Varied - University Hospital, Women's Hospital, and Missouri Orthopaedic InstituteSalary Range:Begins at$14.00 - $19.71 final offer is based on experience. Earn an additional $2.00/hour for weekend shifts.
This position is eligible for an extra $2.50/hour through 3/30/24!

Job Summary:
Prepare and serve food to patients and employees.
Detailed Description:
Perform a variety of food service duties, including food preparation, barista, server, catering and cashier
Prepare and transport patient trays
Work in a variety of food production areas, including dining rooms, public areas and other nourishment areas while following food safety standards, infection control and PPE procedures and guidelines
Handle food products and food waste in both patient and retail environments
Maintain and operate food equipment in a safe manner
Keep equipment and area clean, sanitized, restocked and in good working condition.
Preferred Qualifications:
High School Degree or equivalent is preferredPrefer obtainment of University of Missouri Food Handler's Certificate within one month of hire.
Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met with or without reasonable accommodation. This position is very active and may require ambulating, remaining in a stationary position and positioning self to reach and/or move objects above the shoulders and below the knees.
