The Turf Doctor is Hiring a Client Service Representative- Full time Near Augusta, ME

The Turf Doctor is currently seeking candidates to fill a full time position in our office. The position is full time, working daily from 8:00 to 4:30. This team member will work with our office staff to keep up with our increasing customer demand. We are looking for a responsible person who can perform a variety of tasks such as, answering phones, working with daily mailing as well as mass mailing projects, filing, and assisting with daily office needs. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills, have experience in a fast paced office, be comfortable on the phone, and be able to organize their work. If you have previous experience in a fast paced atmosphere, we’d like to meet you!

Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming calls
  • Learn an industry specific software program
  • Write and distribute email
  • Assist in the general office duties
  • Develop client relationships
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Act as the point of contact for customer base

Skills

  • Proven experience in customer service/ administrative duties
  • Knowledge of office systems and procedures
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • High School degree; additional experience as a customer service representative will be a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
