Operations Manager - Multi-State/Willing to Travel Required
The ALTO US Operations Team is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to be responsible for managing the Customer Success & Legal Team while also managing the relationship success of an assigned set of clients who are supported by the ALTO Alliance program, which is an innovative new approach to impacting the community problem of retail theft. This role will deliver highly visible business impact to our internal Directors of Operations, IT Analytics and Research Department, and included but not limited to areas such as Finance, Human Resources, and other areas as ALTO US grows. This is a role where you can both excel and grow in your role, support, and lead others within your department, and be a contributor to the ALTO organization for its’ future success in all Markets ALTO serves.

Overview of Roles and Responsibilities:
Basic Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree, and/or a minimum of one year of Retail and/or Asset Protection/Loss Prevention experience is required.
· Experience leading and managing both people and/or projects a plus.
· Leads Customer Success Specialist(s) & Staff Attornys as assigned.
· Must have a dynamic, high-energy personality and passion to serve clients that creates a positive impact.
· Encourage revenue growth by inspiring clients to utilize ALTO's expertise in other areas or other additional products and services.
· Become the reliable point of contact for each client that is required to establish a strong business relationship.
· Assure customer satisfaction through continuous client relationship to ensure delivery of ALTO's high customer service standards to include frequent client office and store visits.
· Must be able to prioritize and accomplish objectives in a timely manner.
· Proven ability to work within a fast-paced, high-change environment.
· Strong computer skills to include, but not limited to, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
· Excellent presentation and communication skills.
· Valid Driver License or the ability to utilize an alternative method of transportation when needed to perform job-related essential functions.
· Job requires being able to spend majority of workday standing/on your feet.
· Field based position in market.
· Must successfully obtain the ALTO reimbursed Loss Prevention Qualified (LPQ) certification within the first year of employment.
