Job Description
We are looking for Highly Energetic, FUN, Passionate, and reliable individuals to join our Soccer Shots Memphis Coaching Team. Dont know much about soccer? No problem! While it is a bonus to have some knowledge of the game it is not essential. If you love working with children and have the desire to learn we will teach you all you need to know though our proven training process.
We can also work within your current schedule. Soccer Shots partners with Daycares, Schools, and Community Parks all over the Greater Memphis Area offering classes, and we will SCHEDULE YOU ONLY WHEN YOU ARE AVAILABLE!
Compensation:
Once done with training, the compensation per 30-45 minute session will be $20 as a Certified Level 1 Coach, with a structured pay scale to move up based on performance. As a CIT (Coach in Training) you will be paid $14 per 30-45 minute session as a CIT (Coach in Training). Normally training takes 15-25 hours. We also do provide coaching advancement with an assured pay scale to move up based on performance and tenure.

Weekday Blocks (Monday Friday)
- 9:00am - 11:30pm
- 12:00pm -1:30pm
- 2:00pm - 6:00pm
- 9:00 am - 2:00 pm
- 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm
