LEAD SAFETY COORDINATOR Location: Newark, DE

Sobieski Enterprises, Inc. is seeking to hire a full-time Lead Safety Coordinator. The Lead Safety Coordinator is responsible for promoting safety awareness and compliance throughout the Sobieski Group. The successful employee will partner with the Safety and Risk Team as well as leadership to manage adherence to safety policies and procedures at all company locations and job sites. Acts as a mentor to the Safety Coordinator and participates in securing process improvements for the team. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service experience and excellent organizational skills. LEAD SAFETY COORDINATOR QUALIFICATIONS

• Understanding of OSHA guidelines and other state and local safety regulations
• Bachelor's degree
• 3 years in construction safety
• Proficient in MS Office
• Ability to type a minimum of 30 wpm.
• Ability to identify and manage sensitive information.
• Valid Driver License with clean driving record
• Possess the following certifications: OSHA 30 Construction
• Passion for safety
