HVAC Foreman - New Home Construction - Base Salary to 95k / year - Richmond, VA

Our client, a stable mechanical servicing company, has an immediate need for an HVAC Foreman to handle new home construction in the Richmond, VA area.

In this position, the HVAC Foreman will be responsible for overseeing field personnel on new home construction job sites.

You will ensure that materials are on site, as well as schedule labor, and evaluate work at each phase of construction.

Qualifications : The ideal candidate for this position will possess 5 years of proven HVAC construction leadership experience.

The candidate should be independent, self-motivated, and driven to take complete ownership over their role. They should possess strong CRM experience and exceptional customer service skills.

Compensation : Our client is offering a base salary in the 70k 95k / year range, as well as an annual bonus. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package, 401k, PTO, company vehicle / gas card and much more.
