The purpose of the Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) is to treat residents who have been referred to physical therapy under the discretion of the Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) .
Identifying residents by diagnosis or observation or staff referral who may benefit from therapy and requests orders for evaluation and treatment.
