Soaris is Hiring a Quality Inspector Near Delavan, WI

Quality Inspectors on 1st and 2nd shift: Shift premium to be applied. Tasks: 
  • * Execute the quality system activities to prevent quality deviations
  • * Zero tolerance for defectsAnalysis and troubleshooting in support of efforts to reduce non-conformances
  • * Collect and record required process data into databases. 
  • * Support and guide the organization and coordination of inspection and sorting activities. 
  • * Support the decision on the usability of damaged materials.
  • * Monitor and audit operator performance to our rules and standards
  • * Perform process/product audits & work with team on preventive actions
  • * Support teams in corrective/preventive actions
  • * Coordinate collection of the quality related costs data 
  • * Assist in disposition of non-conforming materials in SQM quarantine area 
  • * Contribute to development and maintenance of reports tracking our KPI’s (key process indicators) 
  • * Management and escalation of blocked/suspect stock to ensure timely action closure
Requirements: 
  • High School diploma or equivalent 
  • 3-5 years of manufacturing or technical quality experience 
  • Good spoken and written English  
  • Great problem solving and communication skills 
  • Confident user of MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, Teams) 
Preferred Qualifications: 
  • 2 years in Electronics Manufacturing 
  • Experience running calibrations or in calibration lab 
  • Prefer experience with mechanical/electrical drawings & various measurement and inspection systems. (GD&T)
