Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and self-driven Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team and play a crucial role in attracting and retaining exceptional employees. In this position, you will be responsible for continuously seeking out talent, developing a compelling employment brand, and fostering positive relationships with candidates and employees. You will also serve as an HR Business Partner (HRBP) for responsible departments.
Responsibilities:
- Determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts with respective department leaders
- Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
- Lead employment branding initiatives
- Source and find candidates qualified for open positions using various sources, like social media networks and employee referral for open positions
- Conduct recruitment processes
- Ensure positive candidate experiences
- Assist in employee retention and development
- Use metrics to analyze recruitment data and support effective talent acquisition strategies
- Serve as an HR Business Partner (HRBP) for responsible departments to align business objectives with people plan and anticipates HR related needs.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or similar role
- strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills in their work sourcing top talent and ensuring that staff members are productive and satisfied.
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Good time-management skills
- 8 years relevant working experience
