We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative DevOps Engineer with a strong emphasis on containerization expertise. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in the development and optimization of emerging technologies inside of the Department of Defense. If you have a deep understanding of containerized production environments, a complete understanding of the DevOps process, and a passion for emerging technologies, we want you to be part of our cutting-edge projects.
Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable solutions using Terraform.
• Provision VMs, Containers and prototype solutions for customized software development teams.
• Configure and manage Azure DevOps pipelines for efficient CI/CD
• Troubleshoot network issues on virtual and physical switches and firewalls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot deployment issues.
• Optimize Azure services for security, monitoring, and cost efficiency.
• Implement best practices for cloud infrastructure.
• Implement modern code development practices for multiple DoD programs.
• Develop scripts for automation, enhancing operational efficiency.
• Implement monitoring solutions and proactive issue identification.

Required Qualifications

• Candidate must possess a bachelor's degree or minimum six (6) years or more of related experience.
• Proven DevOps experience with Terraform and Azure DevOps.
• Experience with scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
• Familiarity with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with VM provisioning and customized team solutions.
• Candidate must be a US-only Citizen and possess (and be able to maintain) a Final Secret Clearance.

Desired Qualifications

• Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-900, AZ-104, AZ-400).
• Knowledge of networking concepts and security best practices.
• Familiarity with other cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
• Experience with datacenter architectures (cluster computing, fault tolerant, or high availability system).
• Familiarity with The Phoenix Project
• Experience creating automated systems.
• Comptia Security certification or ability to obtain within 3 months.
