Essential Duties:
• Retrieves incoming calls and directs to appropriate personnel or department.
• Schedules, accommodates, and updates patient appointments, meetings.
• Maintains medical and/or dental electronic records.
• Collects payments for services and products.
• Welcomes on-site visitors, determines nature of business, and announces visitor to appropriate personnel.
• Orders, receives, and maintains office supplies.
• Assists in the resolution of complaints, requests and inquiries from all patients.
• Routes incoming, outgoing mail and correspondence, including e-mail and faxes.
• Performs other clerical duties as needed, such as filing, faxing, photocopying, and collating.

Education/Experience:High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or three years secretarial or receptionist experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Two years of college education within a Business or Executive Secretarial Science program preferred.
