Summary: Supervise delivery teams to ensure maximum performance and smooth delivery operations. Must be very familiar with DOT regulations, parking options and truck routing processes for the tri-state area, particularly with NYC venues. Bilingual Spanish/English required. The Company operates 24 hours, so there in on-call responsibility nights and weekends.Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

1. Develop and monitors daily delivery/pick up staff scheduling
2. Perform daily routing and updates paperwork throughout the day
3. Move trucks for loading and unloading as needed
4. Load and unload trucks as needed
5. Perform truck maintenance checks and fuel audits
6. Maintain vehicle compliance: insurance, registration, repairs, DOT requirements
7. Experience operating motorized pallet equipment, dollies and hand trucks
8. Resolve Road Team issues and document performance 
9. Assist with annual performance evaluations
10. Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned
11. Ensure the Road Teams are following processes and safety rules when on the road
12. Inspect timeliness of the delivery team’s activities when on the road

Experience

• 2 years as a Dispatcher. Previous experience working in Events, Catering, Rentals and / or Warehouse Logistics preferred.
