Position Overview

Our Food & Beverage (F&B) Team is an important part of our Guest Services Team, and is responsible for ensuring we deliver an amazing guest experience at every interaction. Members of our F&B Team are responsible for maintaining a spotless environment, ensuring we deliver amazing customer service and delicious food to our guests! Whether it's a meal, snack or beverage, our F&B Team provides service with a smile!

Duties & Responsibilities

• As with all positions on our team, live Team Outsider’s values, helping to create extraordinary experiences for our guests while performing the responsibilities of your position.
• Provide superior guest service by being enthusiastic, attentive, friendly and helpful.
• Perform the safe handling, storage and preparation of food items.
• Prepare food to specifications using various food preparation equipment such as a grill, deep fryer, microwave oven, toaster oven, coffee maker, etc.
• Clean all food and liquid spills immediately after they happen.
• At the end of your shift, ensure the proper cleaning of all kitchen surfaces and cooking appliances.
• Always maintain a neat and well groomed appearance, wearing appropriate team attire and name tag.
• Greet all guests with a smile and a positive attitude.

Experience & Requirements

• A passion for customer service and the outdoors.
• Basic food preparation experience.
• Experience with POS systems and cash sales.
• The ability to understand and speak the English language fluently.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent customer services skills.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift and carry 25 pounds occasionally and 10 pounds regularly.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
• Must be able to hear and speak clearly, and communicate comprehensively.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time (up to 80%).
• Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb.
