Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Concrete Coatings Project Manager to join our team. As Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our concrete flooring projects. This is a key leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage a team.

Duties:

- Coordinate and supervise concrete polishing and coating projects from start to finish

- Ensure that all work is completed according to project specifications and timelines

- Supervise crew members, review performance and conduct

- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management

- Collaborate with GCs, vendors, salespeople and customers to ensure customer satisfaction

- Follow-up is essential, including evening and weekend contact as needed

- Conduct site inspections to assess project requirements and identify any potential issues

- Oversee the ordering and delivery of materials needed for each project

- Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing proper safety protocols

Qualifications:

- 5 years of experience in concrete floor polishing and epoxy coating

- High school diploma or equivalent, or relevant experience

- Valid Driver’s License in good standing

- Authorized to work in the United States

- Strong knowledge of concrete polishing, coatings, stains, overlays, etc.

- Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities

- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to job sites

- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and manage/organize inventory

- Ability to safely operate forklift both in house and on jobsites

- Willingness to work occasional Saturdays and afterhours if job requires
