We are looking for a friendly and professional Front Office Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients and staff. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and is able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: $18.50 - $29.00 hourly

Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting and welcoming clients and visitors in a warm and professional manner
  • Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate department or individual
  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and faxes
  • Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars for staff
  • Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
  • Ensuring the front office area is clean, organized, and well-presented at all times
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
