We're looking for a skilled individual to oversee operations in two offices located in Osceola and Wynne, AR. This role involves leading our hospice services to ensure our patients receive the highest quality of end-of-life care. Your main tasks will include operational planning, managing budgets, developing staff, and maintaining compliance with all necessary legal and regulatory standards.
Here's what you'll be doing:
  • Crafting and overseeing operational plans and budgets.
  • Ensuring our organization meets all legal, regulatory, and accreditation requirements.
  • Leading staff development programs and fostering teamwork across departments.
  • Monitoring service utilization to guarantee comprehensive patient care.
What you need to bring to the table:
  • Valid RN license to practice in the state.
