Your role will involve recruiting, screening, evaluating, and interviewing potential candidates for a variety of employment opportunities, including temporary projects, temp-to-hire, and direct hire positions. Additionally, you'll collaborate closely with our client companies to consult and deliver staffing solutions tailored to their organizational needs.

Basic Overview of Duties:
- Recruit, screen, evaluate, and interview potential candidates for various employment opportunities.
- Collaborate with client companies to deliver tailored staffing solutions.
- Possess strong computer skills.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Build rapport quickly and establish trust with individuals.
- Previous experience in Staffing, Recruiting, Customer Service, Retail, or similar fields is preferred.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $21 - $23.50 an hour DOE Monthly Commissions.
- Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
