Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. Address customer concerns, provide product information, and offer solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Issue Resolution: Handle customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution. Work collaboratively with team members to resolve customer concerns effectively.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
