Job Summary:
A-1 Hospitality Group is seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Shuttle Bus Driver to join our team in Seattle, Washington. As a Shuttle Bus Driver, you will be responsible for transporting guests and employees between various locations within our hospitality group, while providing excellent service and maintaining a safe and comfortable environment. This is a Full Time, hourly position within our fast-paced and dynamic organization.
Compensation & Benefits:
This position offers a competitive hourly wage of $19 per hour, paid biweekly. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a shuttle bus to transport guests and employees between designated locations within the hospitality group
- Greet guests and assist with loading and unloading luggage and other belongings
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, providing information, and addressing any concerns or complaints
- Adhere to all traffic laws and follow designated routes to ensure timely and efficient transportation
- Keep the shuttle bus clean and presentable at all times, both inside and out
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance checks of the shuttle bus, reporting any issues or necessary repairs to management
- Maintain accurate records of pick-up and drop-off times, as well as mileage and fuel usage
- Follow emergency protocols and procedures in the event of an accident or other unforeseen circumstances
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure seamless operation of the shuttle service
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Previous experience as a shuttle bus driver or in a related customer service field preferred
- Knowledge of Seattle and surrounding areas
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
