HM is looking for someone who has worked in the legal service industry;

Hospitality industry and Restaurant industry.

On a daily basis the candidate must be able to Provide exceptional customer service to the firm by performing a variety of job duties and responsibilities within the Legal environment.

Meets and greets all visitors and employees to the firm, providing them a professional welcome, going above and beyond in their service approach.

Schedules meeting rooms, insuring that each conference room has the necessary supplies, beverages, video conferencing etc. prior to the clients meeting times.

Answers all incoming telephone calls made to the firm, by following firm/Ricoh phone etiquette expectations and ensuring communication at a professional level.

Performs light hospitality when necessary, coffee, water, order food, drinks.

Distributes incoming mail and packages to designated drop points as well as office supplies and fax transmissions.

Delivers completed reproduction work to pre-determined delivery areas.

This may include delivery areas outside of the customers office location.

There is some walking , standing and lifting involved but nothing too extensive.

If the candidate should have to lift above 50lbs assistance will be made available.

Dress code when working the front desk they will need to wear a white shirt, black pants and a blazer over top.

Pay: $22.00 per hour
