The Medical Assistant (MA) is expected to show a high level of professionalism; have strong customer service skills; be compassionate, caring, & organized.

Job Summary:

In this role you will be responsible for: Preparing treatment rooms for examinations, placing patients in rooms, assisting our practitioners during medical procedures including scribing in medical records (paper charts), e-prescribing prescriptions, stocking rooms and more. Some injections and blood draw.

Skills:

  • Work experience as a medical assistant OR completion of a MA program required.
  • Medical terminology knowledge (via experience OR schooling)
  • Dermatology, Vein experience a PLUS
  • Social perceptiveness and service oriented
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
