Education Requirement: Bachelors Degree in related field Description of DutiesThe Proposal Director will be responsible for ensuring that proposals are completed on time, within budget and meet the requirements of the client. The proposal director will work closely with the pricing and leadership teams to ensure the proposals are competitive and profitable. The ideal candidate will have excellent organization and communication skills. Requirements
- Collaborate with pricing and leadership teams to ensure proposals are complete, competitive and profitable.
- Work closely with senior executives and subject matter experts to develop response and win strategies
- Align response team, host kick off meetings, and coordinate with the rest of the bid team to manager response logistics
- Track RFP modifications, communicate to teams, adapt response strategies and schedules as necessary
- Prepare clear and concise briefing materials for senior management
- Manage multiple proposals and projects at a time, prioritizing appropriately to meet strict deadlines
- Willingness to be on-site in Annapolis, MD to meet deadlines
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Ability to work closely to senior executives and subject matter experts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects at one time
