As a Site Superintendent at SitelogIQ, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful execution of construction projects across various sites. This position requires travel to different project locations, primarily within the state of Iowa, ensuring that each project meets quality standards, stays within budget, and adheres to safety regulations. You will work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and construction crews to ensure seamless coordination and timely completion of projects. This individual must have experience in jobsite project management. Our goal is project-related travel will be within a reasonable distance from your residence, however, additional support in other regions may be required.
Site Superintendent Responsibilities

• Participate in the development and management of construction schedules from demolition to occupancy.
• Ensure projects are within the project plan and specification scope.
• Support team members in the bid process.
• Ensure projects are on time and within schedule.
• Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, daily logs, requests for proposals, and schedules.
• Build a positive relationship with the Owners of the projects assigned.
• Maintain up-to-date records of the projects during the addendums and modifications throughout the project.
• Review monthly red line as-builts of each prime contractor to and take the lead to acquire red line as-builts at the end of the project from all prime contractors.
• Participate in the design development process of assigned projects.
• Assist the Project Management and Engineering teams with proposed systems, design, implementation, commissioning, and warranty phases.

Site Superintendent Qualifications

• Ten years of site construction as foreman or supervisor, preferred
• Experience with computer programs including MS Office, Procore proficiency is a plus
• Ability to work with individuals at all levels of development
• Ability to organize and work effectively with project teams and clients
• Strong understanding of general contracting methods and techniques
• Valid driver's license with reliable vehicle
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed to accommodate project requirements.
