About The Role

• Our Maintenance department, composed of over 50 people, is focused on delivering safety and reliability, and regulatory compliance for our manufacturing site.
• As a Maintenance Surface Utility, you will provide utility and cleanup maintenance support for all surface facilities. You will get the opportunity to contribute to the growing Soda Ash family and have a positive impact on transformation journey of Solvay.

• You will be accountable for:
• Perform general labor tasks such as shoveling, painting, moving materials, cleaning and baghouse maintenance.
• Other duties as assigned.
• We offer a permanent contract based on onsite working mode.

About You

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Competencies:
• Must be able to learn and apply all safety requirements.
• Must possess above average written and organize required job activities and willing to work in dusty, hot and/ or noisy environment.
• Must have the ability to work with others and be team oriented.
• Must be able to lift, pull/push and carry equipment, tools and other objects weighing up to fifty pounds.

About The Pay And Benefits

• Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. While the USA base pay reasonably expected for this role is $32/hr to $32.85/hr, your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
