As a Director of Offering Management here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in leading the offering management function for the Building Automation (BA) Strategic Business Group (SBG). You will be responsible for driving the development and execution of software offering strategies to drive growth and profitability in the BA market. Your strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams will be essential in delivering successful outcomes for Honeywell's business.
You will report directly to our Chief Product Officer for Building Management Systems (BMS) and you will work out of our Building Automation headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the organization's strategic direction, revenue growth, product innovation, customer satisfaction, competitive advantage, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and overall success. Your role is instrumental in driving business growth and maintaining a strong market position.
