Bradford/Sullivan County Pennsylvania EI Program is looking for Licensed Social workers to support families raising infants and toddlers with developmental needs. Responsibilities include coaching and counseling families to manage acute concerns such as stress management, grief counseling, trauma informed support, budgeting, housing and skill development to recognize, locate and establish needed community connections.If chronic or long-term needs are identified, support family in locating and accessing appropriate community resources.Flexible caseload and hours. o EI service delivery is family centered. Service builds on family strengths and supports needs of child and their family.
o Recognizes parents as first teachers. Supports natural caregiving and decision-making roles. Family concerns, interests, values and priorities are respected.
o Use coaching to help family and caregivers embed positive techniques within daily routines that will support child and family’s mental well being
o Supports diverse and changing family needs.
o Supports parent-professional partnerships.
Contracted Employment – Full and part-time
Requirements: Must be a licensed social worker in Pennsylvania. Experience in grief counseling, budgeting, stress management, trauma support, and infant/toddler social emotional development beneficial. Travel is required. Must have valid driver’s license and insured vehicle
Rate: $31.23 per 15 minutes of direct service. Average visit is 1 hour ($124.92)
