• JOB DESCRIPTION
• Ensure that we install the highest quality work
• Maintain and nurture relationships between NRGC / Owners / Subcontractors / Material Suppliers / Labor Force
• Be able to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, specifications, schedules, and submittals
• Be 100% responsible for coordinating and implementing NRGC scope of work on project sites
• Coordinate and manage multiple projects in different locations at once
• Manage field staff as needed
• Determining a project’s needs in collaboration with VP and Managers
• Report project progress to VP / Managers
• Setting and meeting deadlines
• Managing schedules for multiple projects
• Maintain budgets for multiple projects
• Write subcontracts and material purchase orders
• Procure, review, submit, distribute and track submittals for projects
• Draft pay applications in AIA format
• Become familiar with and execute Prevailing wage documentation as needed
• Estimate potential projects, change orders, etc as needed
• Ensure safety requirements are met
• Ensure daily construction reports, T & M tickets, etc are completed
• Equipment management and procurement
• Ordering materials and coordinating deliveries
• Giving subcontractors feedback
• Handling job site emergencies and conflicts
• Coordinating with construction human resources personnel
• Additional duties as required by NRGC and or NDS for successful execution of this role

* 4 years relevant commercial construction work experience.
