**Description**

**UCT** is seeking an experienced and talented **Shipping/Receiving Clerk III** to join our team in **Chandler, AZ**! The Shipping/Receiving Clerk III will be responsible for coordinating materials to ship, gathering documentation, and compiling data to support the Materials Department.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**

* Performs visual transactions relative to shipments

* Receives material on time and performs Visual transactions relative to received parts

* Coordinates and assists with the loading of shipments

* Prepares dispatch logs for drivers with routes, drops, and pickups, etc.

* Maintains communications with drivers during the day and making routing updates as necessary as a schedule change

* Prepares commercial bills of lading

* Prepares IBSS paperwork

* Ensures packaging specifications are followed per customer requirements

* Attendance is an essential duty of this position

* Performs other duties as required

**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:**

* Knowledgeable with an automated system (FEDEX, UPS, DHL)

* Ability to communicate effectively with crew members

* Able to lift to 70.lbs

* Knowledgeable in packaging and labeling material

* Follows and understand Shipping Procedures

* Certified to drive a forklift

* Ability to complete work assignment within the time allotted

* Maintain and cleans work station /work environment

* Ability to read and understand written procedures

* Proficient in MS Excel

**Educational/Certification Requirement:**

* High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

**Experience Requirement:**

* 1-3 years Shipping/Receiving experience
