Job Description

We are an established and trusted defense sector company excited to add a Data Entry Clerk to our team!

You will be responsible for recording accurate data, file maintenance, and record keeping. Our Data Entry Clerks work in a manufacturing environment sometimes working with inventory items for data entry.

Responsibilities

• Compiles and maintains database of inventory records of the quantity, material-type, equipment, merchandise, or other in-stock supplies.
• Records receipt or disbursement of inventory items.
• Creates and maintains logs for accurate tracking.
• Frequently review and enter data updates.
• Review discrepancies in data received.
• Report discrepancies of data to supervisor.

Qualifications

• 1 yrs. general data entry experience. Ex. Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, & Outlook)
• Must be a team player and ability to work independently.
• High energy, can-do person who can operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Impeccable follow-through and solid analytical skills are essential.
• Goal and detail oriented.

Schedule

• Monday-Friday, 7am to 3 : 30pm
• Saturday OT Available.

Requirements

Experience with power tools, hand tools and calibrated tools (torque wrenches, calipers, & scales) Able to read blue prints and specifications Must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand for 6 to 8 hours a day Good Attitude
