We are looking for an ambitious Aviation Operations Coordinator to work closely with our Director of Operations and Chief Pilot, supporting the operational excellence and strategic initiatives that keep us a leading-class private jet operator. As an Aviation Operations Coordinator, you will be the backbone of daily and strategic operations, supporting our senior management team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about aviation, possibly working towards a Private Pilot License (PPL) or with experience in private jet aviation management. This position is also ideal for someone with knowledge of FAA regulations and Part 135 documentation, experienced in managing complex operational and financial priorities in the aviation sector. Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and prepare high-level meetings with regulatory bodies, ensuring compliance with FAA regulations and operational standards.
Manage critical documentation for Part 135 operations, including the General Operations Manual, Operations Specifications, Training Program, and other Learning Programs.
Facilitate effective communication between the Director of Operations, Chief Pilot, and external stakeholders.
Work closely with JetInsight software to optimize flight operations and crew scheduling.
Serve as a liaison between the operations management team and flight crews, facilitating communication and operational efficiency.
Assist in strategic initiatives impacting operational efficiency and compliance.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management or related field.
Experience in flight operations or management within Part 135 or 91 operations.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with aviation management software such as JetInsight.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to excellence and high standards.
