GPAC has partnered with an outstanding provider who is seeking a skilled and compassionate Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join their dynamic team in Lancaster. This role includes a $7500 sign on bonus.
PMHNP Requirements:
- Current licensure as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in the state of Pennsylvania.
- Certification as a PMHNP from a recognized certification board.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience working as a PMHNP , preferably with children and adolescents .
- Strong knowledge of psychiatric disorders, psychopharmacology, and evidence-based psychotherapy interventions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
- Ability to work autonomously and make independent clinical judgments.
