The ADON is responsible for developing, directing, and monitoring all nursing-related operations within the facility. With a culture that is centered on teamwork and a mission to provide the highest quality care in a residential setting, you will find a sense of belonging and purpose.Responsibilities:• Maintain nursing service policies and procedures to implement the program of care.• Complete forms, reports, evaluations, studies related to nursing operations.• Participate in facility surveys made by authorized government agencies.• Participate in coordination of patient services through departmental and appropriate staff committee meetings (e.g. infection control, patient care policies, and quality control).• Cooperate with the administration in planning the competence of the personnel.
