* As an Account/Project Manager, your role primarily revolves around building and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction.

* Manage multiple projects and make recommendations in response to changing conditions to meet contract schedules.

* Administer good construction safety practices and comply with all site-specific and company safety standards.

* Manage the execution of mechanical insulation projects.

* Develop strategic account plans to identify opportunities for growth and expansion within existing client accounts. This involves analyzing client needs, market trends, and competitor activities to develop tailored solutions that add value to the client's business.

* Develop mechanical insulation estimates.

* Experience with business development, servicing existing accounts and prospecting for new clients.

* Achieve assigned individual/team revenue and profit margin goals

Core Responsibilities:

* Strong mechanical background with excellent problem-solving and critical troubleshooting skills

* Solicit bid packages including drawings, specifications, details about customer needs, subcontractor requirements/interest, and helps to develop bid strategies on a project-by-project basis.

* This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities aimed at ensuring the successful planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of projects.

* Assure accurate tracking of customer data, follow-up with potential clients.

* Strong organizational, verbal and written communication skills

Required Education/Experience:

* High School Diploma or equivalent

* Minimum of 5 years' experience and product knowledge in industrial/commercial insulation & coatings or mechanical contracting or similar field

* Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word

* Position involves frequent travel within territory.

Preferred Education/Experience:

* Associate or bachelor's degree in construction management, finance, business administration or a related field.

* Knowledge of MIKE estimating and VTO

* Interpret drawings.

* Customer relationship management (CRM) system like SalesForce or similar

* Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
