Due to continued growth, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer focused individual to fill an open
Service Sales Lead
role in our Orlando, FL location. As the
Service Sales Lead,
your role consists of the day-to-day activities that help us accomplish our goal of servicing customers through the inspection, testing, maintenance, and installation and modifications of fire sprinkler, fire alarm, and fire suppression systems throughout Central Florida.
Responsibilities:
Assume a leadership role in the identification and building of significant long-term (owner-direct) relationships; this includes actively seeking out new relationships and opportunities.
Produce and/or review detailed estimates, solutions, and proposals.
Ensure all company, customer, and project policies, procedures, standards, and objectives are adhered to.
Assist with implementation/interpretation of safety procedures through regular field interaction and engagement.
Other duties as may be required.
Specific Requirements:
High school diploma.
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery (copier/printer, etc.)
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% or more of the time.
Open cube office work environment, noise level quiet to moderate.
Qualifications/Skills:
4-year degree preferred OR completion of trade affiliated apprenticeship.
2-3 years of Project Management/leadership and sales
Design background a plus
Strong customer and communication skills
Ability to network internally and externally.
A successful Project Manager and Sales Lead will:
Be able to apply innovative and effective sales and project management techniques to maximize performance with existing, and development of new, customers.
Have a thorough understanding of corporate and industry practices, processes, standards, etc. and their impact on project activities.
Make decisions and recommendations which can affect profitability of assigned area.
Prioritize and make significant independent judgments based on what is best for the company.
Be progressive and have a positive attitude.
Demonstrate self-motivation and motivator of others with good interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
"Think outside the box and encourage creative thinking in others.
Demonstrate competencies in various computer programs (i.e. Excel, Power Point, CAD, Bluebeam)
General knowledge of office practices/procedures and office equipment
Pay Range:
Based on level of experience and education.
