We are actively seeking a Project Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of Salesforce CRM implementations. This pivotal role involves direct coordination with both technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in project management, excellent skills in Jira, and extensive experience with Salesforce environments.

Key Responsibilities

· Stakeholder Engagement: Directly interact with business stakeholders to understand and prioritize their requirements, ensuring these align with the technical capabilities.

· Project Coordination: Facilitate the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce rollout, from initial planning through to implementation and post-launch adjustments.

· Agile Management: Foster a flexible, agile work environment, adapting project scopes and timelines as necessary based on evolving project needs.

· Tool Proficiency: Utilize Jira extensively for tracking project progress, managing tasks, and ensuring deliverables meet set timelines and quality standards.

· Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to prevent project delays and budget overruns.

· Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate and manage project resources to ensure optimal productivity and project success.

· Problem Solving: Work collaboratively with the technical team to resolve issues, optimizing the functionality and performance of Salesforce implementations.

Required Qualifications

· Minimum of 5 years in project management, including 3 years leading Salesforce CRM implementations.

· Proficiency with Jira and other project management tools is essential.

· Deep understanding of various Salesforce clouds and their applications in business processes.

· Strong ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and business executives.

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
