Andy’s Sprinkler, Drainage, and Lighting in Carrollton, TX, is seeking to add an extraordinary new crew worker to assist our team in the field to install residential and commercial irrigation systems, drainage systems, low-voltage lighting systems, holiday lighting and landscaping. 
Experience is a plus but not required; if you are motivated, hardworking, and willing to learn we will teach you the skills you need to excel in this industry. If you have prior experience in Landscaping, Maintenance, Construction, General Laborer, or if you enjoy working outdoors, we want to hear from you!

• Help load the truck each day with the materials needed for the job.
• Verifies that tools and part are complete and in good working condition on truck daily.
• Assist in troubleshooting underground automatic sprinkler/irrigation systems, landscape lighting, drainage, holiday lighting and landscaping.
• Performs repairs to our high quality standards.
• Cleanup job site and makes sure that customer is 100% satisfied before leaving any job site.
• Always keep work area clean and up to date inventory.
• Use a smartphone or tablet to follow routes, check job specs, and input details.
• Keeps van/truck well stocked and organized, assists with general vehicle maintenance
• Assist with other tasks as assigned by the Field Manager.

• Landscaping, Maintenance, Construction, General Laborer​​​​ experience preferred but not required.
• Flexibility to work Saturday hours on an as-needed basis to meet production goals.
• Ability to lift and move 25 pounds and occasionally lift weight consisting of 95 pounds, with or without any accommodation.
• Collaborate together with a team of 1-4 other crew members.
• Dependable, reliable, and comfortable working in an unsupervised environment.
