We are seeking innovative and entrepreneurial minded students to join our 2024 Summer Internship Program as a Quality Intern in Somerset, New Jersey. And we make snacks and candy. Need we say more?

This program will provide invaluable work experience and an opportunity to develop professionally by working on meaningful projects that directly impact the company and our brands. We provide challenging opportunities to gain experience, while recognizing and rewarding achievements. In addition, you will have a direct manager, a team of colleagues to collaborate with, plus you’ll be able to connect with our community of Interns.

1. Report Generation:
   • Collaborate with team members to develop and generate regular reports for various departments.
   • Summarize key metrics and identify areas for improvement to support business objectives.
2. Dashboard Creation and Enhancement:
   • Assist in creating and enhancing dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
   • Contribute to the development of user-friendly interfaces for data visualization.
3. Data Modeling and Analysis:
   • Support the development and maintenance of data models to facilitate analysis and decision-making.
   • Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover trends and insights relevant to business operations.
4. Collaboration and Communication:
   • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide analytical support.
   • Communicate findings and insights effectively through presentations and reports.
5. Data Quality Assurance:
   • Assist in monitoring data quality and integrity and participate in data cleansing activities as needed.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

• • Previous coursework or projects related to data analysis, business intelligence, or statistical modeling.
  • Familiarity with databases and proficiency in Excel or other spreadsheet software.
  • Exposure to programming languages such as Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Prior internship or work experience in a related field is a plus.
  • Rising junior in college/university or senior pursuing bachelor’s degree
  • 3.0 overall GPA or better.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical ability.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; strong interpersonal and organization skills; and, demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong relationships.
  • Self-motivated and bias for action.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Demonstrated personal and professional values.
