Heavy Civil Project Manager/Estimator

SUMMARY OF POSITION & REQUIREMENTS

• We are seeking an experienced and hardworking Project Manager/Estimator to join our team.
• At least 5 years’ experience as a project manager or estimator in heavy civil construction is required.
• Candidates should be reliable, have a high level of accuracy, efficiency and accountability and possess a high school diploma or GED.
• However, an Engineering, Construction Management or Business degree is preferred.
• Candidates must be able to work in a professional office environment Monday thru Friday from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm with site visits, as required.

TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Take-off plan quantities.
• Request subcontractor and vender pricing.
• Assemble complete and accurate project estimates.
• Act as the point of contact for projects.
• Manage projects from start to finish including, subcontractor and vendor purchasing, invoicing, scheduling, cost tracking, and profitability.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $52,860.42 - $70,000.00 per year
