Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Night Auditor. As a Night Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the overnight hours. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for hospitality and exceptional customer service skills.

Responsibilities:
- Perform night audit procedures to ensure the accuracy of financial transactions and guest accounts
- Verify and balance daily hotel revenue and expenses
- Prepare reports summarizing financial data and occupancy statistics
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during the overnight shift
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
- Assist with front desk duties such as answering phone calls, making reservations, and providing information about hotel amenities and services
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality is preferred
- Strong phone etiquette and excellent communication skills
- Ability to effectively handle guest relations and provide exceptional customer service
- Familiarity with front desk operations and phone systems
- Proficient in using computer systems for data entry and report generation
- Attention to detail and ability to accurately perform numerical calculations
- Availability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week
