· The controls engineer will be responsible for supporting the global planning, execution and

· programs coordination of the Controls and SW platform solution for Transmissions.

Key Responsibilities:

· Providing Feasibility and cost assessment for Controls & SW to the vehicle/programs.

· Representing the Controls System (Controllers and SW) vs the Propulsion System

· Community as primary interface.

· Coordinating Controls Features development.

· Defining Feature Roll-out Plan (What and When) that aligns with overall program

· milestones and objectives.

· Playing a key role in the Controls & SW change Management, Quality assessment and

· Risk mitigation.

· Lead and mentor a team of controls engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative

· work environment.

· Ensure rigorous validation of control functions to meet and exceed specified

· requirements throughout the vehicle development cycle.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams and other engineering units to drive the

· development of cutting-edge control technology.

· Drive continuous improvement initiatives in controls engineering processes,

· methodologies, and technologies.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

1. As needed to work on Complex Systems, it is essential the successful candidate can show a

2. proven record of working on his/her initiative and within a team delivering high-quality and

3. robust technical solutions

4. Bachelor/Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.

5. Minimum of 5 years of engineering experience (2 years in automotive)

6. Ability to work in an Agile environment.

7. Previous experience as Controls/SW developer using Matlab Simulink/Stateflow, Embedded

8. C, testing or calibration engineer will be considered a plus

9. Be proactive, take ownership and be accountable.

10. Familiarity with software development tools and debugging techniques.

11. Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment and communicate clearly.

12. Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
