Position Summary:
Responsible for Food and Beverage service at assigned location during scheduled shift. Directly supervise front of the house staff and create an environment of engagement, passion for helping our guests, and teamwork for helping each other. Train and supervise new hires, current employees, and seasonal staff as needed. Maintain comfort and ambiance of location and ensure that your team follows all processes to ensure a great experience for all.
Position Duties/Responsibilities:
Professional Experience:
Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in hospitality, food and beverage, or the culinary profession.
Education:
High school diploma or general equivalency from accredited school; or equivalent combination of education and experience that will fulfill these requirements.
