1. Specifically, we are in search of a candidate with a proven track record and solid domain experience in Health Insurance/Payer.

2. Candidates must have a deep understanding of end-to-end claims processing, benefits setup, plan setup, provider network, accumulators, underwriting, and group/account setup.

3. The candidate must have excelled as a PO or BA for at least 7 years for a health insurer, including their latest experience of at least three years for a health insurer/payer.

4. Excellent communication skills to narrate the story to tech architects and business leads are also a must.

5. It is essential that the candidate has practical experience in testing payer applications, and has used testing tools, frameworks, and best practices in their previous roles.

6. The candidate should understand how technology works, workflow of applications and can tie the knowledge between business requirements and technical specifications.

7. Preferred to have Health plan certifications, like PAHM and AHIP
