Great River Health is Hiring a Home Health Aide | PRN | Home Health Near West Burlington, IA

Minimum Hiring WageFrom $17.17 per hour
Job DetailsScheduled hours: Variable 12 hour shifts PRN
Job DescriptionProvides basic patient care under the direction of a licensed nurse. Serves as patient’s ‘Personal Care Champion’ by assisting them with activities of daily living. Provides care & support in the home setting or hospice house with special attention to patient personal care needs in end of life care. Perform visits and/or shift work. Works independently providing personal cares to individuals in their homes and facilities. Must be able to work independently, have good time management skills, timely documentation, and a valid drivers license.
QualificationsPrefer Iowa Certified Nurses Aide
Maintains valid licensure/certification/registration if required
Current Drivers license and proof of insurance for staff performing visits.
