Job Description Job Description Salary: 80,000 - 100,000Position Summary / PurposeCreate high levels of customer satisfaction by exceeding their expectations and fulfilling the companys contractual obligations through the timely and profitable delivery of restoration services. Facilitate timely and profitable delivery of services required to rapidly return customers property to pre-loss condition, minimizing repairs and downtime following property damage. This position is bonus eligible.Principle Duties and ResponsibilitiesExceed established targets for completion of projectsGenerate business through networking, and attending stakeholder related functionsBuild and maintain relationships with claims adjusters and subcontractorsExceed profitability targets on managed projectsPlan and execute projects to completionReview and approve written contracts, payment terms, draws, and deposits for projectsMaintain efficient and accurate flow of production documentation from the job site to internal and external teamMaintain market leadership through continuous implementation of state-of-care technology as it pertains to the delivery of our servicesEvaluate & select bids from subcontractorsNegotiate and execute contracts with subcontractorsWork as needed to deliver project per goals and customer needs.Maintain effective communication with all stakeholdersHandle all adjuster communication on projectsBuild and maintain relationships with claims adjusters and contractorsPerform property inspections and complete reportsPresent for all initial inspections and final walk-thrus to ensure execution of contracts, collection of payments, and quality assurance of workEnsure all personnel follow safety and risk management guidelines on the jobsite, in the office, and while travelingManage and adhere to budgets and cash flow projections for individual projectsPerformance CompetenciesOral Communication The individual speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations. Advanced knowledge of building construction, remodeling or restoration. Understands the relationship between direct labor and profitability. 1 years experience with Xactimate.Financial Reports and Budgeting: Understanding of financial reports: Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and budgeting. Ability to review completed job costing, assess performance and identify areas for improvement.Technical skills: Proficient technical skills, experience and certification in the areas of service the company provides.Mathematical skills: Adequate math skills. Able to quickly and effectively translate remaining work into manpower planning, project completion times, and review and assess labor time reporting. Effectively project job costs based on work remaining.Negotiation skills: Wins by creating advocates, not enemies, when negotiating.Computer skills: Demonstrates intermediate to advanced proficiency in the use of computers and computer software, especially MS Word and Excel. Experience with Xactimate software is a plus.Listening skills: Effective in receiving feedback and input from customers and employees, probing for additional information or unspoken issues and providing timely response.Certificates, Licenses and Registrations: Project Management Course highly recommendedPhysical DemandsThe physical demands described are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
