Our client is a specialty construction company with multiple locations throughout North America. Their business is expanding, and are looking to hire a State and Local Tax Manager to join their accounting team.

Description

• Manage state and local sales and use tax filings
• Analyze tax laws and track legislative changes that can impact business
• Create and implement tax policies and processes
• Work closely with accounting team on tax financial reporting and record keeping

Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field of study
• Minimum five years of experience in corporate or public accounting
• Extensive knowledge of state and local tax regulations
• Construction industry experience required
