Outside Sales Representative
Salary Range:
Salary: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 Annually plus commission

Our company engages in the sale, manufacturing, and distribution of metal building components and packages. With a trajectory of growth since 2002, we now boast a presence in over 8 locations across the southern region. An exciting opportunity awaits in our Chattanooga location.
We are currently seeking a customer-focused outside sales professional who thrives on building relationships and being an integral part of our dynamic team. This role requires a proactive individual who excels at identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client connections, and driving revenue growth. If you are passionate about exceeding customer expectations and enjoy the challenges of a fast-paced sales environment, we want you to join us.
Here is what you will be Responsible for (but not limited to):
- Provide customers with an unmatched customer service experience.
- Develop new customer relationships and maintain existing ones.
- Understand customer project needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- Conduct 6-8 customer visits per day within assigned territory.
- Maintain a 2-week route plan to optimize sales opportunities.
- Communicate effectively with the inside sales team and document customer interactions.
- Continually grow product knowledge and share it with customers.
The Most Qualified Individuals will have:
- One year experience in Outside Sales
- Background in construction/roofing related field
- Bilingual in Spanish (Not Required)
- Advanced Computer Skills
- Minimum Associates Degree (Not Required)
