JOB SUMMARY:
As Member Services Team Lead, you are responsible for ensuring quality customer service to a large, diversified clientele through proper training and scheduling of team members.
This role will perform day-to-day member service operations affecting retention, member feedback, sales and staff relations.
In addition to this you will be responsible to managing our BillingĀ line, servicing our members billing and membership needs while working closely with our Retention Coordinator and our Accounts Receivable Coordinator
Develops and coordinates a monthly schedule of special events (ex: member appreciation day), team incentive programs, all in the interest to foster retention and provide added value to members. Establish and maintain an active, engaging communication
Assists members and guests with reservations, account billing questions, comments and concerns as needed. Ensures that the service desk areas are clean and safe at all times Resolves any member issues through effective customer service skills
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Basic professional knowledge; equivalent to a Bachelor's degree; working knowledge of theory and practice within a specialized field
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent working knowledge of the fitness field. 2-4 years of experience in a high delivery customer service field
3-5 years of experience with customer service, high level computer skills, multi tasking
Must have a flexible schedule as this position overseesĀ the front desk and would need to be available to cover shifts as needed.
