We are looking for a full time Residential Manager in our Adult Residential Service Program in the Lynnwood, WA area.
Job Summary:
The Residential Manager is responsible for the oversight and supervision of their assigned programs. They are responsible for ensuring programs achieve the outcomes set by the Residential Administrator. The Manager is responsible for supervising Direct Care Professionals to consistently provide the highest quality care to clients. You will be support to clients in a respite setting. You will help clients explore new opportunities and the potential of their own independence.
