Job DescriptionThe Junior Financial Analyst supports a government contract and IMCs Program Support Office by providing financial reports and deliverables, tracking/managing costs associated with the program, and ensuring accurate information collection and sharing. This position will work closely with other financial analysts, both on the contract and at the corporate level. The position is primarily remote but does require on-site support as necessary in Honolulu, Hawaii.
Duties / Responsibilities: This position will include, but is not limited to, the following tasks:

Duties / Responsibilities: This position will include, but is not limited to, the following tasks:
- Provide financial program support and conduct ad hock analysis as needed.
- Monitor financial analytics and metrics and complete monthly financial deliverables.
- Review cost data, conduct analysis with projections, and update projected cost and forecasting, communicating specific and actionable guidance based on financial reporting.
- Analyze financial and historical data to project future trends and prepare budgets.
- Support collection of contract-based performance metrics and report results.
- Develop financial reports for forecasting and trending on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Provide program support for staffing, timekeeping, and program-associated costs (Timesheet review/reporting from IMCs timekeeping system, Subcontractor invoice and timekeeping review, allowable non-labor costs such as travel, OCONUS living expenses, relocation costs, etc.).
- Monitor contracts and subcontracts for available/remaining funding and invoices for accuracy/compliance.
- Contribute to project-based pricing for Rough Order of Magnitude (ROMs).
- Prepare and review contract forms to acquire government authorization for Travel and Other Direct Costs (ODCs) through Travel Authorization Requests (TARs) and Request to Initiate Purchase (RIPs).
- Facilitate information sharing via several shared information storage platforms.
- Update financial dashboards in a timely, accurate, and appropriate manner through data entry and administrative organization.
- 1 year of relevant experience performing in a financial analysis capacity.
- Proficient with:
- Microsoft Office suite, primarily Excel and Word
- Teams Enterprise
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work as part of a team.
- Self-starting with strong attention to detail.
- Highly organized and capable of prioritizing and handling multiple tasks.
- Demonstrates excellent oral, written, and analytical communication skills.
- Willing to work on-site as needed and directed by supervisors.
- 1-2 Years of relevant experience performing financial analysis of Task Order, cost control, and reporting.
- An associate degree from an accredited institution of higher learning or 2 relevant years of experience.
- Prior experience working within a military/DoD contracting environment.
