**Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated Service Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent phone etiquette, proficient on a computer and familiar with Microsoft programs. A general knowledge or background of the farm, construction and/or industrial equipment industry is preferred as well as being bilingual, but not required.
**Duties:**
- Oversee and manage road technicians schedules
- Provide prompt communication with coworkers
- Maintain relationships with customers
- Coordinate incoming/outgoing shop repair jobs
- answer all incoming calls/emails for service
- manage paperwork for rentals and service calls
**Requirements:**
- Proficient in Microsoft word, excel, outlook and teams
- Proven experience in customer service
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively with individuals of all different backgrounds
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Committment to consistent attendance, Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
This position plays a pivotal role in the success of our service department. Candidate needs to be committed to working cohesively with all departments within the company and communicating consistently with our valuable customers. We are a family owned company that strives to take care of our employees. We are seeking an individual who can fit right in with our company culture and help improve the workflow and professionalism we provide to our customers.
